Pestelli Creazioni at Doppia Firma

Pestelli Creazioni at Doppia Firma

We are truly honored to have been selected as one of the 12 master artisans for the Doppia Firma event, taking place during Milan Design Week from April 21 to 26, 2026.

For Doppia Firma 2026, each master artisan collaborated with an international designer to create a unique object inspired by the Italy of the Grand Tour. We had the pleasure of working with the iconic designer Paola Navone, and together we created La Table Conquise: an encounter of excellence between contemporary design and Florentine goldsmithing tradition.

La Table Conquise was conceived as a cinematic still-frame: an outdoor breakfast where nature silently seems to take over. Porcelain bowls and plates from the Eggs collection by Reichenbach are “colonized” by a hive of silver bees, crafted using lost-wax casting and finished with burin and chisel engraving. The silver honeycomb grows around the porcelain elements, connecting them and transforming the composition into a small bucolic landscape, suspended between object and narrative.

The theme of bees—as those who have followed us for a long time know—is particularly dear to us. For years, we have been committed to the protection of this precious insect and the preservation of biodiversity.

The work will be exhibited at the Fuorisalone at the Casa degli Artisti in Milan, from April 21 to 26, 2026.

Doppia Firma is a project by the Fondazione Cologni with Living – Corriere Della Sera and the patronage of Homo Faber.
